6. Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the PawSteady website by consumers residing in the United Kingdom.

2. Products

PawSteady sells pet accessories, including the ParoSteady No-Pull Dog Harness and related products, as described on the website at the time of order.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

4. Order confirmation

An order confirmation email is sent once payment is successfully processed. This confirms the contract of sale between PawSteady and the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely via Shopify Payments and its partners.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by statutory consumer guarantees against defects, in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection law.

8. Customer service and complaints

Any question or complaint regarding an order can be sent to pawsteady@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are intended to comply with consumer protection standards applicable to sales made to UK-based consumers. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
